A history since 1835
As you enter the Le Pavillon restaurant, you are greeted by two majestic columns that recall the grandeur of a religious building. It was around 1835 that Pastor Mouchon acquired a modest space in this building, which he designed to accommodate the faithful of the Reformed faith. During harsh winters, he gathered pious souls from the surrounding area, prevented by bad weather from going to the temple of Genthod. This situation lasted until the construction of their own temple in 1858. It is therefore plausible to link these imposing columns to the history of this place.

For a time, the police reigned supreme in this building, with bars still visible on three windows.

Over the years, a succession of talented owners have made Le Pavillon hotel restaurant a legend, creating one of the most prestigious establishments in the region. Thanks to its refined dishes and exceptional setting, it has become a must for lovers of culinary delights and unique experiences.
